What we do that the racquet blogs don't

Prices that are actually live

Every price comes from Amazon's API, stamped with the date we checked it. If our data is more than 48 hours old, the number disappears and the button says "Check price" instead. It never shows you a figure that has rotted — and no competitor in this space does this.

Ranked by NTRP level, not one leaderboard

A 2.5 needs a forgiving oversize frame; a 4.5 wants a 98 that removes power and gives back information. We weight our rubric differently by tier, so the racquet at the top of your list is right for you — not for a tour player.

We publish the rubric

Every score breaks into named metrics — control, power, spin, comfort, value — and /methodology explains exactly what each one means and how the weighting changes by level. Nobody else tells you what their number is made of.

We have not tested twenty racquets

Everyone in this category says they did. We have not physically tested any of this gear — and we say so, plainly. Instead we compile the published specifications, including the stiffness figures most reviews never mention, and show our math. No lab coat, no sponsored placements, no free products.
